here’s what you can expect…

  • Old BIG platform features “freeze”. About a week before launch, the following features will be “frozen” and unavailable: loading new trial balance files, creating new custom peer groups and adding new users.

  • First-time login. You must login from the old BIG website your very first time only. There will be instructions for you to follow and afterwards, your current email address login and password will work in the new system. See complete first-time login instructions here.
